Bedroom Furniture!

Last week we went furniture shopping,

not really expecting to buy anything... 

...but we found something!

Oliver's First Hike

We took Oliver on his first hike on Friday afternoon.
There is still a lot of snow cover
on some of the trails out here,
so we were tromping through it,
 trying to keep up with Oliver.

Oliver runs so very fast

He always has snow on his nose - he's either licking it or sticking his face down in it.

He's a little heavier than Taps or Tango,
but he still likes to be held.

He's very curious

He seems to love it in Utah!  

He's the perfect dog for Eric 

because he likes to be outside 

all of the time. And I love him

because he's such a sweet little lap dog.  

Even if he does weigh 25 lbs.

Oliver and all of the snow

It has been unseasonably warm in Utah this year.

We planned on taking Oliver on his first hike today, but we woke up to several inches of snow.

Luckily, Oliver loves the snow!

He went hopping out the backdoor this morning and ate some of it.

So, we decided to try out the dog park.

Once we got to the dog park, we saw a sign that said:

"Closed from November 1st to April 1st"

However, there was a big field next to the dog park,

so we let him run around there.

He loved every minute of it.

Eric kept throwing a tennis ball - Oliver had a hard time finding it in the snow

He kept sticking his face in the snow
